What are Singing Bowls?
Singing bowls are sacred instruments typically made out of brass. The bowls we use during our sound baths are made out of quartz crystal. When these bowls are played, a frequency is emitted that correlates with one of your seven chakras. This frequency can reveal imbalances in your chakras and can provoke emotional and physical responses.
What Should I Bring?
We ask that you bring nothing except an open mind and to tell a friend about the event! Dress comfortably as we do normally sit on the floor and provide pillows, although seating can be provided for personal or medical reasons.
