About the event
Art therapy is proven to help levels of stress, anxiety, and depression and is even utilized in nursing homes and mental facilities to help with self-expression, creativity, and relaxation. Our Heal Paint n Sip will include guided meditation, art supplies, and refreshments!
We provide all materials necessary.
Before painting, we will engage in a sound bath for 10-15 minutes. This will help release any expectations when choosing a design to paint.
